Specialist Support Coordination

Step As One Disability Services also offers a higher level of support coordination for people whose situations are more complex and who require specialist support.

The focus is on reducing complexity in the support environment and helping to overcome barriers, especially where there is increased risk and/or a client requires a multi service response to their care.

Specialist Support Coordinators are appropriately qualified and experienced in a range of specialist areas including forensic disability, mental illness, drug & alcohol, trauma and other complex presentations.
