Step As One was established with one key goal: to help people with complex disabilities live their very best lives.

We are an established provider of comprehensive support for people living with complex disabilities. We know that no two journeys are the same, which is why we tailor everything we do to the unique needs, goals and aspirations of each participant.

Our team of dedicated professionals works closely with participants, their families and other stakeholders to design personalised support plans. These span a wide range of services, including daily activities, therapy, personal care, and social and community participation.

With a focus on building independence, inclusion and overall quality of life, we empower participants to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

We provide support at every level — for people living in their own homes, as well as those between homes who are seeking a more stable living environment. We also work alongside people in secure treatment settings who face barriers to release and community reintegration.

Each of our practice leads has more than 20 years’ experience in the disability field in the government and private sectors, working with people with complex needs who may be regarded as high risk to themselves or others.
